The other night I went to the Blue Ridge family restaurant and what I got was a western omelette but that’s not what I’m going to talk about. I’m talking what I had for dessert.
It was thin pancakes rolled and stuffed with cheese topped off with a cherry sauce. Can you guess what it was? Yes you were right they were cheese blintzes.

I did eat all of my omelette and the home fries to!!!!
I think I may try them next time. I’ve never had a blintz.
Did the home fries have onions in them?
Jim and have been here twice for dinner. So far Everthing has been good. Our Favorite item so far is their bacon cheddar mashed potatoes. YUMMY.
The home fries were onion free. The potatoes sound interesting I think I’ll try them next time
