Food Over the Fire 2

On Thursday night November 3rd is when we had food over a fire and what we had was foil packs. If you ever had them before you should know that there is a large amount of combinations that you could make but I am just going to talk about one. Also for desert we had apple cobbler but desert always comes after dinner.

It all started at cub scouts we had to do a requirement of cooking  food over an open fire so we planned what we were going to do and we decided. The next week we met at my house and then once everyone got there we all started to cut up ingredients such as bell peppers carrots etc.  Then came the assembly line I put on mine peppers,  mushrooms,  corn, and chicken. It tasted really good in away it sort of was like chicken pot pie. I loved it.

For dessert we had an apple crisp. I helped to make it  we added apples, sugar, and oats. I thought there was to much nutmeg but it was otherwise good. [If you would Like to see the recipe click here]
